- Addressing the first World Congress of Rajas of the Global Country of World Peace, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi probed deeply into an analysis of the divided and undivided nature of Brahm, bringing out the ten values of Brahm, Totality. Maharishi began by saying that we would say our administrative structure is exactly what it is in Nature. This was our goal, which we have achieved.
