- Description
- "In Maharishi Vedic Science, the mechanics of the TM-Sidhi program are referred to as 'Samyama.' Samyama involves the simultaneous application of three modes of awareness: 'Dharana' or steadiness of mind, 'Dhyana' or transcending, and 'Samadhi' or Transcendental Consciousness. All three occur during the TM-Sidhi program, allowing the individual to actualize the Sidhi phenomenon." -- From "Mirror of Consciousness: Art, Creativity and Veda" by Anna Bonshek, Motilal Banarsidass, 2000, p. 92.
