"The perfect orderliness of the Sanskrit language creates orderliness and balance in the brain physiology, expands the memory, and purifies the physiology."   -- Maharishi Mahesh Yogi   'Sanskrit is the language of the Vedic Tradition of India and is known as the mother of all languages. [At Maharishi School of the Age of Enlightenment] your Kindergarten student will begin by learning the Sanskrit alphabet. During the Lower and Middle School years, he or she will progress to read the classical texts of Vedic Literature, such as the Bhagavad-Gita, in the original Devanagri script.   'By Upper School, your student will read Sanskrit aloud for ten minutes at the beginning of the school day and enjoy the settling effect of the rhythms and sounds of this ancient language. Scientific research has shown that during the reading or recitation of Sanskrit the functioning of the brain becomes highly orderly and coherent, enhancing the overall development of the student, the basis of effective and enjoyable learning. Pronouncing the sounds of the Vedic Literature enlivens balance and integration in the mind and body of the students.'   --From 'All students Kindergarten through 12th Grade learn Sanskrit...'     Reading the Vedic Literature in sequence is the procedure to spontaneously train the brain physiology and the whole physiology of speech to function in the most orderly way so that every thought, speech and action is spontaneously promoted in the evolutionary direction of Natural Law, and thereby spontaneously enjoys full support of the evolutionary quality of intelligence that upholds order and evolution in the entire universe.
